• Booking information: name, email address, phone number, charter date, party size, package selection, add-ons, and any special requests you submit.
• Payment information: deposits are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number; we receive only a charge confirmation and the last four digits.
• Communications: messages you send us by email, phone, or text.
• Automatic data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected by our hosting provider for security and performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process and confirm your booking and deposit.
• To send transactional emails (booking confirmation, balance reminder, weather updates).
• To contact you about your charter or respond to inquiries.
• To improve our services and protect against fraud or abuse.
• To comply with legal obligations and USCG regulations.

3. Service Providers

We share your information only with vendors that help us operate the business:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Lovable Cloud — hosting, database, and transactional email delivery.
• Google — receiving notification emails at our business inbox.

These providers may only use your information to perform services on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

4. Marketing Emails

We only send marketing emails to customers who have opted in. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us at aqualuxe.miami@gmail.com to be removed. Transactional emails related to your booking will continue regardless.

5. Cookies

Our website uses only essential cookies needed for the booking flow and basic functionality. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

6. Data Retention

Booking records are retained for up to 7 years to comply with tax, accounting, and maritime regulations. You may request deletion of your personal information once that period has elapsed, or sooner where required by law.

7. Your Rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or request deletion (subject to the retention period above). Email aqualuxe.miami@gmail.com with your request. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If a parent or guardian provides a child's name on a booking, we use it solely for that charter and safety records.

We use industry-standard safeguards (TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and encrypted backups) to protect your information. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
